Who We Are....
We aim to create the Order of the Knights of St. Lazarus as they existed in Jerusalem and the Levant in the early to mid 13th century. We belong to The High Middle Ages Simulation Society and fall under the purview of the Preceptory of the Risen One.
Our Kit
We add among our kit, helms and mail of the crusading knight of the early to mid 13th century. This includes either a nasal helm or early pot helm, integrated mail and coif, surcoat, shield and sword. We train on horseback to better connect with the actual medieval knights and the way they fought and lived.
Contact Us
As those recreating the crusading knight, we ask that all applying to us seek to study medieval Christianity. As we do not have a requirement for religion, we do feel it necessary that the person being brought into our fold is at least sympathetic to the beliefs that these people held.
